A really dark background/history of whichever character (ex. Domestic violence, abused, sexual assault/abused, bullied) when it's really really dark that it affected the character mentality or emotionally, influencing them to do all sorts of shit or enjoying being violated.
Or when (in some mangas) they're overly (too overly) tsundere..... Or they...... reply
