coping mechanisms
Any healthy coping mechanisms y'all can drop on me? Y'know they don't even need to be healthy as long as its not drugs lol, I've done did rehab so not again.
-i used to write in a journal. didnt matter how chaotic it became, as long as i wrote my thoughts down i calmed down a bit.
-taking a shower. it just cools you down and gives you time alone.
-drawing. i had a whole page in my sketch book for scribbling alone lmaoo.
-reading in general but more specifically psychological comics/novels. i have a wh...... reply
