Any healthy coping mechanisms y'all can drop on me? Y'know they don't even need to be healthy as long as its not drugs lol, I've done did rehab so not again.
Try baking, that's what I do whenever I'm mad, stressed, bored, etc. This is great for when you want to get rid of pent-up emotions and energy because it takes a lot, especially if you make it from scratch. Another good way I do is painting. If you have a hard time putting your feelings into words, I HIGHLY recommend painting. It's relaxing and als...... reply
