Any healthy coping mechanisms y'all can drop on me? Y'know they don't even need to be healthy as long as its not drugs lol, I've done did rehab so not again.
Humour? Laughing or smiling produces serotonin. Serotonin helps with various things such as digestion, sleeping (habits) , your well-being, etc.
tldr; serotonin is a mood booster.
You can use humour as a coping mechanism., just don’t fall into the bad side of it which is insensitive jokes, etc. reply
