Any healthy coping mechanisms y'all can drop on me? Y'know they don't even need to be healthy as long as its not drugs lol, I've done did rehab so not again.
People always say to talk to someone, but growing up I had trust issues and couldn't talk to my parents about it because they won't take me seriously. So I just scribbled everything I felt into a notebook or rant to people on discord. It helps a bit knowing you "told" someone and takes some weight of your shoulders. reply
