Any healthy coping mechanisms y'all can drop on me? Y'know they don't even need to be healthy as long as its not drugs lol, I've done did rehab so not again.
Like quite a few people said, writing it down/journaling actually helps a lot... maybe cry while you're at it if it's really bad. Crying really helps for me and I also feel like it would help for others, and if you can't just cry out of nowhere maybe read something sad
I also put depressing music on blast then sleep off all of the remaining feelin...... reply
