Hello, I need help with something,, I am genuinely concerned for my mental state and I feel as if I have ADHD. I have all the symptoms and am trying to figure all this out.
I am in quite a pinch because my parents are overseas and the money they left was for food and living expenses. Not to mention one is studying and the other is working to make just enough to support both of them.
I can't waste money in this situation, but would it be worth it to still go visit a therapist in case? I know mental issues are a serious subject and I am rather embarrassed to ask this on mangago, but please give me advice, I don't want to harm my mental state either and so I don't want to just ignore this.
the best you can do is go to a therapist. I don't know if you told your parents about your concern, but if you try they might understand and send you the money or contact a professional.
But please don't auto diagnose yourself, it will be harmful for you, for the people around you and for the people with actually adhd. And i wouldn't recommend to...... 1 reply
