Least favorite trope?
I'm curious as to what y'alls least favorite tropes in manga are.
I fucking hate the dead ex lover trope (sorry given fans) because of how annoying it is when the new lover is constantly compared to the dead one. I just end up resenting the one with the dead ex because it feels like they still like the dead one more than the one that's ALIVE yk?
Ok so I mostly read yaoi so this is gonna be very (but not completely) based on that
Love triangles - completely useless and annoying. Either because the main love interest is very shitty amd toxic and the second lead is the one you want them to end up with, BUT THEY DON'T!! Or because the second lead is just another peace of shit that can't take ...... 1 reply
