Where do you draw the line?
What line won't you cross when reading Yaoi? Or can you deal with anything?I recently read a certain manga which really made me think about my life lol but really made me realize what my boundaries are. I thought that I was pretty numb to everything, but even I have lines I don't cross in Yaoi. I am okay with pretty much ANYTHING (bdsm, rape, incest, and more stuff I don't wanna say, I feel kinda bad lol) in Yaoi up to:
Scat (seriously) Dismemberment (certain gore I can handle) Triple insertion (what, two isn't good enough for ya?) Sex with creepily young kids (if they say wee wee, pee pee, or ochinchin I'm like, nah) Necrophilia(seen it once, wasn't happy)
And that's about it. If I didn't mention one, it doesn't horrify me, sorry. What about you guys? Where do you draw the line or are you so numb, there is no line?
I tend to stay away from guro or necrophilia in Yaoi myself, event scat lmao, I haven't read any like that but I'm saving myself from the horrors. I will read rape if it is essential to the plot but I can't stand it most of the time, even if the writer makes the victim seem to "enjoy" it. It's not real and all but it still makes me flinch and cri...... reply
