Why are some ppl on this site like this?
I’ve been using mangago for a long time, and recently made a new account. I’ve always been confused as to why ppl on here read things knowing that it would make them uncomfortable…and then start drama in the comment section? Wouldn’t it be better for ppl to just mind their own business and just read what they like? Like it’s totally cool that ppl are uncomfortable with or are disgusted by certain tropes, but calling ppl disgusting or sick over fictional content is so bizarre to me? It just screams “I don’t like this type of fictional content so no one is allowed to either”.

"Can't take criticism? Get out of here."
Some tropes that are problematic like romanticized rape are bound to be criticized as it should.
When someone says "Rape is disgusting." Some of y'all go and say "Don't like? Don't read", like rape IS disgusting, you just can't accept the other's opinion. 2 reply
