Things your family members do that get you nervous
Do you have that one trigger at home that makes you nervous or anxious. For example, when my parents yell out "ready?". In the past(and now), whenever my parents wanted to take my sister and I to a place we didn't like, they would say that in an enthusiastic voice. So now whenever I hear them say ready, my heart skips a beat.

when my sister looks irritated. I would say something(it's not anything to get mad over) and she would get mad and murmur under her voice. It scares me honestly because every time she does that she curses at me, purposefully harms me(scratch me, throw something, bump into me, etc). One time she told me to kms.
