To boil water I Cook it on the Highest Power and just wait until it boils (the water bubbles then)...
if you want to put the noodles in and boil it the turn the Boiling water to Medium (thats the middle Power you have. E.g. my Stove goes up to 9 and I like to boil noodles on 7). reply
