There are so many bad bl tropes, but one that I hate the most is when one character refuses to believe that they're gay and thinks they only like the ml
1. Rape with redemption. Like the Love interest rapes the MC but its ok cause he has a sad past and he is dotting now. Like that's so overused and horrible. Abusive/Rapist MLs shouldn't get redemption.
2. When the MC forgives the Love interest for putting him through hell just cause he did one good thing. Where r these overly forgiving people in ...... 1 reply

When the antagonist who was complete trash and spent majority of his time on screen messing with the mains, but still end up getting his own side story and happy end. I would've preferred if he'd just die or other routes of torturous results but ok. 1 reply
OH I HATE I HATE I HATE THE REPLACEMENT TROPE. like for reincarnation its already on thin ice (its only ever good if the reincarnated person has their memories.) but if they're only dating the mc or ml because they look similar or is the sibling of the og person, IT PISSES ME THE HELL OFF!!! In both shoujo and bl, I hate when the characters have a fake relationship or get married for their "parents" instead of admitting their feelings. reply
I HATE HATE HATEEE when the male lead can't get over his pass lover, like if you still have trauma from them then why get in another relationship and let the mc's hopes up. It literally feels like the male lead is just using the mc to get over his trauma 1 reply

REALLL I HATE THAT TROPE SO MUCH. other tropes i hate: rape, love triangles, sex at first sight and/or sex friends to lovers, cheating, when they aren't treated as equals i.e. one person is completely useless without the other reply
