Opinion on BL do you agree?
people don't like seeing 2 men happy in a relationship they like the idea of men kissing/having sex. Authors make the bottom/ML hyperfem to the point he's like a girl, even having the top/2nd ML compare him to one. I feel like this is also why a lot of yaoi/BL focuses on sexual aspects rather than relationship. Although you can say yaoi is for smut, het/yuri smut has romantic aspects outside of the sex.
