I hated reliving those embarrassing moments so much that I deliberately and consciously repressed them. Any time they popped up I would mentally tell myself, "Nope, not gonna go there" and visualised locking it away. Every single time.
Now I am at the stage where I literally cannot remember any cringe moments, and for a minute there as I was read...... 1 reply
