Opinion on literal children getting gender reassignment surgery and being trans

If someone is transgender it can show as a child. I think it is no harm in a social transition. I mean who cares about someones cloths or interests and such. Surgery is on a different level and should not be performed on minors and as far as I know is not really happening.
