I was reading a Shounen Ai Idol Novel (Not manga/etc) and because I was liking it I had to look up who the Main Love Interest was going to be (I love spoilers) and damn did I stumble upon more than I expected - one of the members dies of suicide & it was the cute shy one of the group, I mean I knew it was gonna be heavy with all these dark topic but nooo
Also I kind of had an itch who the love interest was going to be but I needed it confirmed, and yeah no I said bye bye novel it had such potential *sigh*
I went on a rant but did you guys have a story ruined by spoilers before? Or saved you from reading one instead?
Depends on the story, I like to spoil myself usually to look forward to some scenes, it kind of motivates me to keep going if the story is kinda slow on the other hand it also saved me from investing too much time in stories that have bad endings or end up being too haremish (I hate thise to my bones)
