Anybody have advice for time management?
Im in school from the morning up until 6 pm. I struggle with the acads, not that im dumb as hell, but im just particularly slow and i fear that i wont be able to catch up. The teachers would say all this things about taking it easy since stress is a big thing and students like me get easily depperesses nowadays. But i cant help but get stressed especially when we have if not 4, then around 3 assignments each day, which i struggle to find time for as i help out a lot on the house. And also probably the guilt because I dont play my games anymore
uhhh maybe you could speak to like someone at ur skl and explain that the ungodly amount of assignments PER DAY is the cause of stress and they could like maybe speak to the teachers to tone down the assignments 1 reply
I’m sorta in the same boat. I have tons of reading, studying, and assignments to do in college. Like someone said, prioritizing your time is key here. Find a quiet space where you can do your work uninterrupted. Try pomodoro technique. Also I found that limiting my phone use and not using social media as much helps a lot. My school does this too but they give us till Sunday to complete all of our work. But if your school is being a straight-up jackass and making you complete that all in one day you could try getting your parents, the principal/dean, or the school board involved.
