Does anyone else wonder why GL is so less popular than BL?
Even on here, 228 pages of the yaoi genre and only 48 pages for the yuri genre. And that doesnt even count for the amount of GLs that are tagged wrong and feature no WLW couples, plots, or even characters. Like damn i click on a comic tagged yuri and its actually a story of 2 girls fighting over 1 guy I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!
As a lesbian who only reads GLs on here I genuinely don’t think it has anything to do with wlw fetishization cuz most of the gls I’ve seen are written by women and I like em.
the website(I think) started as a yaoi site so that’s what the audience gravitate towards them? Correct me if I’m wrong 1 reply
