Ways of de-stressing?
I really need to de-stress because I'm doing way too much at one time, I already plan on having a hot shower tomorrow morning with some tea but I wanna what you guys do to de-stress
If i am already outside then i walk aimlessly at a very slow pace, i go to new places that ive never been to but i do make sure to know the bus stops and paths that take me back home. If i am at home then i close the curtains and just lay in bed sorting out my life or i drink tea and just stare into the wall. A bad one is stress-eating, not recomme...... reply
