Stay at home/ Social distancing
How are you all doing? Anyway..It is a weird time to be alive, so how are you all doing? Enjoying the stay at home and sharing your introvert wisdom to your family and friends? Bouncing up the walls, bc you have excees energy? People with anxieties, how do you calm yourselves, what helps (particularly interested in this one as my friend has anxiety and I want to help, even if it is virtually)?
I'm 10 days into country lock down and one thing I didn't think about was muscle pain. Currently going through 10th YouTube video of stretching for back pain ┑( ̄Д  ̄)┍
I'm on day 10 of social distancing, and day 5 of self-isolation (though I am home with my husband, who is also on self-isolation). We're fine. We're both introverts so it's more or less our usual..
Housework is good exercise (as is gardening and yard work, if you have a yard) Clean house, it will help you say fit. I have a lot of hobbies too, ...... reply
