Tell me you have toxic parents without telling me you have toxic parents

i feel dread over cold dishes that aren't supposed to be cold. i got kicked out lots of times and they'd feed me cold dish to satiate my hunger (cold soup, cold fried fish, cold fried egg and tons more.) my mind would unconsciously associate cold dishes to loneliness to the point that i'll sob over it in which I thank my mom and grandma for giving ......   reply
