Not a fast way, but a really good way of keeping track. Screenshot the web pages of your lists and then you can use MAL or AniList to track the manga, rating, and chapter you've left it on until you find another site to read on. Sometimes they don't have every single manga/manhwa on there and it's only for Asian published works, but when you have 1......   reply
