So how's your guys new year resolutions going?
Honestly i think they have been going ok I mean I've been working out every day eating at least one healthy meal a day been trying to build good/healthy habits like not going on any tv or phone basically anything to do with the Internet before 3 hours of waking up journaling for at least 15minutes and meditating and you know stuff like that
I don’t have anything like that, I set goals for myself all the time. I think setting goals works better short term and not for a whole year. Just start working towards them on a random Sunday and it will be easier with each day. Now I'm quite unmotivated though because I'm in exam hell. reply
