I just feel empty and sad all the time now. I have no friends but my mom and sister. My sister becomes so mean to me for no reason like she’s in her mid twenties being so rude to me. My mom is sick and now I just feel a void. I’m crying while writing this but I really don’t have a reason to cry. How can I stop this feeling?? Please help
Try to make some friends at your school or work first. It that doesn’t work then try to join a yoga or pilates class at your gym and make friends there. If you’re not confident irl then you can join discord servers and meet new people there.
