I just feel empty and sad all the time now. I have no friends but my mom and sister. My sister becomes so mean to me for no reason like she’s in her mid twenties being so rude to me. My mom is sick and now I just feel a void. I’m crying while writing this but I really don’t have a reason to cry. How can I stop this feeling?? Please help

Try to make some friends at your school or work first. It that doesn’t work then try to join a yoga or pilates class at your gym and make friends there. this is coming from someone with social anxiety; first year uni was hell bc I knew no one and just had to go out. I now have friends and stopped socialising in other stuff bc I don't need more

Try talking to your classmates in school college or uni. If you have social anxiety like I have then it's going to be hard at first. But you have to get out of your comfort zone... Maybe you could join some club or any extracurricular activities Maybe try talking to people online. Discord servers, insta or Facebook groups idk

As somebody who has had social anxiety i totally understand you, it's hard indeed but nowadays we have a lot of resources online. Please go to you tube to search up videos that help you build your character and help you as much as they can. You can join discord servers or make freinds online, some servers are really fun :) and also try to make frei...... reply
