I find it very interesting when the mc and/or others around them are going through immense levels of trauma but the tone of the story is very comedic, as if the story isn't taking itself seriously enough. They almost got tortured to death but they make a witty remark to cope- like holy shit wdym that could've gone worse???? 1 reply
