memory suppression, isolating myself (working on it I’m not great on this rn but I have been far worse in the past so it’s not too bad), self-sabotaging in personal relationships and work opportunities (working on it...), reading n watching things for escapism to try and mentally get away a huge part of it for me is avoiding what is triggering ...... reply
