Being a nurse in mangas/webtoons is the best job ever. These b are never doing their work and lurking around school somewhere. At least 99% of the time they're not at their office. Where do they even go? Thoughts?

I think it is mainly for plot, so that the couple can so the naughty in the nurse's office. But if I thought about it seriously, they're probably on lunch, or the nurse might even be out.
