Serious question, where do you think the nurse goes every time the main characters are hurt/sick?

Being a nurse in mangas/webtoons is the best job ever. These b are never doing their work and lurking around school somewhere. At least 99% of the time they're not at their office. Where do they even go? Thoughts?
