Very rarely are there cases in which gatekeeping is okay, (in the instance of dumb "trends" or a problematic company imo) then I believe its okay to gatekeep, but gatekeeping a non problematic artist or company is so fucking immature.. Cause I have a friend whom I have similar taste when it comes to music but every single time she let me hear songs from her playlist she'll say "it's a secret" with a follow up "They're soo underrated". LIKE IF YOU WANT THEM TO BE FAMOUS AT LEAST TELL ME THEIR NAME. I wouldn't mind if it's not frequent but seriously though...... reply
