When to seek professional help?
i have been having severe brain fog since 2020 (lol) and it wasn't affecting others around me. Until now it's gotten so bad that I tend to not remember things that happened the day before. Even if i do seek help I'm not sure how to bring this topic up at all. Does anyone have a similar experience? or know when its the right time to ask for help?
This sounds like a serious problem. Please see your doctor as soon as possible. Just tell them what you said here. They'll ask questions and likely suggest tests to figure out what's going on. reply
