Okay I'm an avid yapper myself, so when I try to study, I try to do it alone, and the ONLY THING THAT HAS HELPED ME GET MOTIVATED is promising myself that ill take myself to 7/11 or something to get a little treat and setting timers so I don't get too stressed out with the work reply
