this one has a high rating so It's a bit of a controversial opinion but
MADK. The first chapter is literally the main guy fucking a demons actual guts.
The thing is that the manga itself is drawn in a way were it's not super graphic but it doesn't change thet fact that it paints a pretty grotesque image.
