What are some gender stereotypes that you just don't like or just generally don't understand
for me I hate alot of gender stereotypes I just find them completely dumb especially when their about colors. It makes me so annoyed when I hear people in general say “Boys can't like pink it's for girls” or “Girls can't like blue it's for boys” It's like so annoying because they just colors, if a boy likes pink let him and if a girl likes blue let her why try making them gender-based??
I think another gender stereotype I hate is the one where boys aren't allowed to show emotions because it makes them seem weak. To me that sounds completely dumb, if a man wants to cry let him I don't understand how it makes him weak in the slightest.
That when a woman does household chores it's normal and stuff, but when a man does it it's celebrated
Like, a woman can clean the whole house, do laundry, cook, child care, etc.
But when a man does the dishes ONCE he's "a great help" and "contributing"
