I pressed on someone's user and it said "sorry, you do not have permission to access this page". does that mean they blocked me?
blocking someone on mgg is like closing the door on them but the door is see-through and has holes in the middle

No, it means they are banned or they terminated their account. Try replying to their old post, if you are not blocked, you should still be able to reply. Here let me block you.. see you can't respond.
