Especially with no fucking lube like some of them yaois???? I had my biggest thickest dump in my life earlier and it hurt like fucking he'll (it still hurts now) like I was so shocked I was capable of creating such an ass destruction device (I'm constipated).
Without lube it'll most definitely hurt. Some like the pain tho :D
I think pushing a poop baby out unprepared is quite different to taking something upp your ass :D
1stly the shape: poop doesn't care it can just be this huge lump, while dicks usually are evenly thick so when it gets in its as easy to get out :D
