let's do a round of confessions. Confess/Say something you haven't told anyone about or only told a few people. Doesn't matter if it's something really mild/boring or something insane. I'm kinda hesitant to reach out and look for a psychologist or psychiatrist for an official diagnosis. I have many obvious symptoms that I hide pretty well, but it wouldn't really benefit me if others knew about it (the whole stigma around it is wild :D).
