What is a side character? - A side character is a person that supports the main character and appears a few times in a scene/episode but sometimes they are hidden.
My favorite side character is the cabbage merchant in the Avatar movie and live action, (he appears everywhere in each episode, but every time his cabbages get destroyed he screams, “MY CABBAGES!!” )
