Hi so my friend invited me to her Quinceanera/ birthday party and my bf doesn’t want me to go and is saying he’ll break up with me if I go and will stop spending money on me and I don’t want to break up with him bc we’ve been together for 2 years now but I feel like he’s being controlling and irrational. He’s saying I’ll just wear pounds of makeup and wear something slutty and get ganged banged by guys…. But I told him I won’t wear anything crazy just a formal dress or something and show him but he doesn’t care. Me and my friend used to be close but we still talk and call every 2 months I’ve known her since the 8th grade. Should I still go to her birthday party?
No guy let alone one who you are dating should EVER talk to you this way. I don't know your life so I'm not judging you but girrrl it would not be me. That man would be out of my life so fast he'd break the sound barrier on his way out the door. Go to the party enjoy your life. reply
