Hi so my friend invited me to her Quinceanera/ birthday party and my bf doesn’t want me to go and is saying he’ll break up with me if I go and will stop spending money on me and I don’t want to break up with him bc we’ve been together for 2 years now but I feel like he’s being controlling and irrational. He’s saying I’ll just wear pounds of makeup and wear something slutty and get ganged banged by guys…. But I told him I won’t wear anything crazy just a formal dress or something and show him but he doesn’t care. Me and my friend used to be close but we still talk and call every 2 months I’ve known her since the 8th grade. Should I still go to her birthday party?
Yes go to your friends birthday party, your friends are more important then a controlling, insecure boyfriend. Not only is he thinking that you will dress away that makes you “slutty” but he thinking his own girlfriend will get gan banged for the way you decide to dress which is disgusting for hem to even think or say.
