What do you wish you could ask someone who believes in God, but refrain from doing so because they might feel offended by your lack of acknowledgment of the greatness of God or something similar?
I belong to a religious family and whenever I go to church, I always have questions lingering in my mind. Questions like: if God is all-powerful, why can't He stop Satan now so that all the people suffering can finally rest in peace? I don't understand, if God is love, why would He create hell for people He knew would sin to go there and suffer? I just don't understand why.
tbh the more you look at the earth/universe the more u see it is intentional. so i personally think there is a higher being but that being is just very indifferent to us. my family is religious and i constantly want to ask them if the god we are describing is so loving and forgiving, why is it that he would send someone for choosing not to believe ...... 1 reply
