i like the fake lovers to lovers trope, but also a basic one like enemies to lovers, EXCEPT i’m picky and dislike most enemies to lovers plots (based on if it’s reasonable).
but i actually hate the childhood best friends to lovers trope. i cannot understand the ones where one of them or both start liking each other suddenly or after one inciden...... 1 reply
as all of my fellow enemies to lovers enthusiasts have pointed out that it is THE best trope if done right so i won't iterate any further on this. instead, i would say Strangers to Lovers is also one of the best tropes out there, though basic, it's highly versatile and is beginner friendly. probably the foundation of all tropes if you think about i...... reply
