Both asd and adhd here.
If I wasn’t an older sibling or a breadwinner, I’d rate it a 6.
Right now I’d give it a 1. Everyday’s a mix of stress and dread with taking care of my siblings and dealing with the bills. Add audhd with that and it’s a mess.

24 years old and just realized that i was both adhd and asd. Well , at least i wasn't too late. I started using some adhd life hacks which made me more productive as i finally clean my room and wash my clothes. Went to the psych the other day , first appointment ~
