I block very rarely because of that. It's an unsatisfactory way to end a discussion and I prefer people being able to say their opinion so we can talk about it.
However, I don't know you as a user on here and some people just have insane takes or really disgusting and rude ways of "discussing" and it's very reasonable for people to want to remove ...... reply
