Im actually so afraid of death I always remind myself that Its going to happen so much time later but I think I will still be terrifed of the idea even in my 80s(if I dont die till that age) Im not a religious person so I dont believe in after life but Im so scared of the idea that going to blank and not have a existence but It feels wrong to believe in religion just because Im scared of after death? Im curious of your opinions about the topic
It's normal to be afraid of death no matter what religion you are or even if you are not a religious person, because death is not avoidable no matter how u will try, even if you are in your 100s age you'll still die, and even you are healthy you still die.
