Anyone know this manga?

When I was probably far too young to be on this site I read a manga that’s popped into my mind after dreaming about it( at least think it exists this was like 5-7 years ago).
Basically what I remember is this guy preys on a kid but the kid runs away. His mom threatens the guy and he moves away
It fucks up the kid with a weird obsession over the guy so when he’s in university him and a friend kidnap the guy and you can infer what he does to him.
It becomes a story about the cycle of abuse as the man was also preyed on as a kid and he goes to visit that man but he doesn’t recognize him. He decides to stay with the student to avoid it continuing however their relationship wasn’t great in the end (both heavy smokers and emotionally distant besides sex)

I just wanna know if this was just some elaborate dream I had. No idea in the slightest its name. All I remember are some frames and it was on a list of messed up BL like KS and Caste Heaven
