I talk to myself and the different versions of me in my head. I also pace around a lot like I'd walk (sometimes I start running like a freak ik) around in a circle even for an hour or more at times. 5/10 times I bounce into something as well. Another thing that adds to this is music.
Although I also do all these things when I'm happy and bored.
