Do you guys know any way of staying awake in early morning to study ? I can never able to study in night so I set alarm in the morning like 3 am. But when I awake up, I suddenly feel worse and unmotivated thus turning off the alarm and sleeping. I really need a way or I won't be able to pass . Thanks in advance (⌒▽⌒), also any actual good tips for how to focus in class?
Well, you can use any caffeinated drink to stay awake but if it's too early for coffee water works pretty well too. If you want you could do a 10 minute exercise on YouTube to get your body awake. Or you could even take a cold shower to keep you awake. Personally, a good early morning lofi playlist works as well. Make sure to go to bed early to get...... reply
