Do you guys know any way of staying awake in early morning to study ? I can never able to study in night so I set alarm in the morning like 3 am. But when I awake up, I suddenly feel worse and unmotivated thus turning off the alarm and sleeping. I really need a way or I won't be able to pass . Thanks in advance (⌒▽⌒), also any actual good tips for how to focus in class?
All you need is a COLD SHOWER. I'm not a morning person but whenever I have to get up early I just make sure to get 7 hrs of sleep before. Sleep around 9pm and then get up around 3 am, go for a run, then get shower with cold water, even in winters. I personally think it's unproductive of us to sleep the whole night and then work for the entire day....... 1 reply
Girl you feel worse so early in the morning because you're fkng up your circadian rhythm. Try tracking your natural sleep patterns by just going to sleep when you feel tired and letting yourself wake up when you don't need any more sleep for a week. Count the hours and times you sleep/wake and adjust your schedule around that. That way you can get ...... reply
Well, you can use any caffeinated drink to stay awake but if it's too early for coffee water works pretty well too. If you want you could do a 10 minute exercise on YouTube to get your body awake. Or you could even take a cold shower to keep you awake. Personally, a good early morning lofi playlist works as well. Make sure to go to bed early to get...... reply
get up and wash ur faith/brush ur teeth. the water will shock ur body awake and the minty taste will keep u awake lol. music helps too, but its just a lot of self discipline and motivation. I am an A student and post covid kinda changed how I learned but i found that its best i just listen in classes/lecturers no note taking or wtv unless its somet...... reply
